Inductions and Onboarding

Starting a new job can be a daunting process. There are colleagues to meet, new buildings to navigate and a host of new processes to become familiar with.

Workplace Agreements

Awards cover the majority of people who work in Australia. In some cases employers may find that certain Awards do not suit their workplace or their employees. When this is the case an employer has the option to create Workplace Agreements that allows them to modify Award conditions.

Termination of Employment

Retrenchment and Redundancy
